Casual Greek dining with a relaxed vibe but the food was the real winner. Service was excellent and our server was delightful. And the dining room was noticably clean. The falafel was excellent and I'd definitely recommend the feisty feta appetizer. The warm pita served with it was downright inviting. I honestly can't think of a critical thing to say based on my meal. I've lived here more than half my life and I can't believe this was my first visit. 10\10 first impression though.
A long and painfully boring U.S. Highway 30 gently curves its way into Mansfield. To break the equally painful monotony of chain restaurants dotting the freeway, a friend suggested that I come here. I knew from walking in and smelling the authentic Greek aromas that I was in the right place. I ordered the Ghessouras Platter (named for the restaurant’s founder Timmy Ghessouras: Lamb shank; Greek green beans; potatoes; Dolmadakia; mousaka; and a Greek salad; everything is made in house) and it was da BAWMB. Plenteous portions that had me stuffed down to my baby toes. Great staff and a very clean and well kept place. It’s only a couple of miles south of Hwy 30 and is worth a stop no matter where you’re from!

We decided to try this out due to getting a Groupon. We were pleasantly surprised! Service was very nice and on top of things. The prices were amazing. The food was quite quite delicious. We were too full for dessert, but we would like to come back to try them. If we lived closer we would probably never buy fast food again as this was cheaper and much fresher.
Recently ordered food from here for a party and everything was excellent. We did lamb and chicken Gyros and they were phenomenal. The Mediterranean cheese spread was everyone's favorite

Always a wonderful experience. Hearty, authentic portions of delicious Greek foods. Do not leave without at least one baklava!
I come to Mid-Ohio every few years for work and one of the consistent highlights of my trip is the baklava cheesecake and lamb gyro at Athens. The atmosphere is great and the people are always amazingly friendly.
